At any time, you can send us suggestions and ideas for improvement through the user support staff or by sending an e-mail to: atenciousuari@fundacioorienta.com

You will find suggestion/thanks/complaint forms on the user support desks in all our centres or you can download a printed version from the website.

At the same e-mail address you can also send us any queries you may have in relation to the support received as users of our organization. As soon as we receive your e-mail, we will contact you with a response.

USER SATISFACTION

It is of great importance to the Orienta Foundation to determine the level of satisfaction of our users. With survey results and through focus groups, we can listen directly to our users and ascertain what their opinions and perceptions are of the services they receive, which we can then analyze with the aim of improving the overall service.
