Fundació Orienta, as the data controller, will process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the Council Parliament of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals regarding the free movement of such data and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, for the purpose of managing your Curriculum Vitae for the assessment of your candidacy in the selection process you have registered.  Your data will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after which your resume will be deleted, unless it is a specific profile, which may be kept, with prior notice, for a maximum of three years. The legitimate basis of the processing is your consent, expressed through the sending of your data and Curriculum Vitae. You may withdraw it at any time, however, the withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that time.

You have the right to request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing or portability of your data by contacting the Data Protection Officer (dpd@fundacioorienta.com), providing, in any case, a photocopy (or digitalisation) of your identity card or equivalent accreditation document. Similarly, you have the right to submit a complaint at any time to the Catalan Data Protection Authority (www.apdcat.cat).
