The Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data was approved, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (DOUE 04.05.2016)

The new Regulation has entered into force on the 25th of May 2018. It is the first time that it is done through a European regulation and it will entail important changes in the protection of personal data, both regarding individuals’ rights and the obligations of people and entities processing personal data.

The Regulation introduces the figure of the delegate of data protection. Raquel Rubio Clemente will be in charge of this position representing Fundació Orienta.

The delegate of data protection has, among others, the following functions:

  • Inform and advise the person in charge or the manager and the workers about the obligations imposed by the data protection regulations.
  • Adapt the regulations.
  • Monitor that the regulations are complied with.
  • Assess on the impact evaluation regarding data protection.
  • Cooperate with the control authority.
  • Act as a contact point for issues regarding the treatment.

DATA PRIVACY POLICY

FUNDACIÓ ORIENTA is responsible for the treatment of people’s personal data and informs you that the data will be treated in accordance with personal data protection regulations in force, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), so the following treatment information is provided:

  • Service performance and sending communications.
  • Information about the services, activities and projects of the Fundació Orienta
  • Information about campaigns and public events of the Fundació Orienta

The criteria for data retention. Data will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest to maintain the purpose of the treatment.  Data will be eliminated with adequate security measures in order to guarantee its complete destruction, when the mutual interest is no longer in force.

Data transfer: the data will not be communicated to third parties, except for legal obligation.

Your Rights: You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation and deletion of the data through the mail address orienta@fundacioorienta.com as well as exercise the right to file a claim with a control authority (agpd.es). Withdrawal of consent: the consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to the email orienta@fundacioorienta.com

Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by people: assisted and / or connected people expressly, freely and unequivocally accept, by marking the corresponding boxes and by entering the data in the fields, the entity´s need to access their data in order to grant their request. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The User shall be held responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided, as well as for communicating any change thereof.

Fundació Orienta informs and guarantees expressly that your personal data will not be revealed to third parties.

All the data requested through the website is necessary to provide an optimal service to the participants of Fundació Orienta. If provided incompletely, we cannot guarantee that the provided information and services will be totally adjusted to your needs.

Security measures: in accordance with the personal data protection regulations in force, all the personal data protection provisions are being adhered to in accordance with the GDPR regulations and with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, treated in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in terms of the interested party and adequate, pertinent and limited in terms of the treated purposes.

The Person in charge guarantees having implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of individuals and having communicated the appropriate information so that they can be exercised.
