BERENARS SOLIDARIS PROJECT

Having detected severe nutritional deficiencies in a number of children in Sant Boi, the Social Platform and our institution decided to set up a complementary food programme.

The aims of this programme are:

1. That children have an additional high-protein meal every day.
2. To work on habits with regard to eating, routines and hygiene.
3. To transmit the value of a balanced and healthy diet.
4. To help families to provide their children with a balanced diet.

Thanks to our collaboration, the entire cost of the project has been covered, thereby allowing the Social Platform to provide a nutritious daily snack (from Monday to Friday) for all children and young people within their organization that need it.
