Ponemos en contexto esta problem\u00e1tica hablando de diez alumni UAB que trabajan en temas vinculados a la salud mental, conoceremos sus proyectos, investigaciones o iniciativas emprendedoras, que contribuyen a luchar contra la estigmatizaci\u00f3n de estas enfermedades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan el proyecto PSY-COVID, un estudio internacional de un equipo de 180 investigadores liderado por la UAB, un 40% de la poblaci\u00f3n catalana ha tenido s\u00edntomas vinculados a la depresi\u00f3n, un 38% de la ansiedad y un 28,7 % mostraban somatizaci\u00f3n (otros s\u00edntomas asociados con el estr\u00e9s, dolor de cabeza, problemas gastrointestinales\u2026). Con un factor de riesgo muy asociado a la edad y al g\u00e9nero, ya que los j\u00f3venes y las mujeres han sido la poblaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s afectada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una de las conclusiones del proyecto es que la gente joven es uno de los grupos de poblaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s afectados por la Covid-19 en t\u00e9rminos de salud mental. Teresa Ribalta, psic\u00f3loga interna residente UAB &#8217;98, es la directora General de la Fundaci\u00f3 Orienta, instituci\u00f3n monogr\u00e1fica p\u00fablica especializada en la atenci\u00f3n integral a la salud mental de ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y familias de Catalu\u00f1a.
