El dijous 10 de novembre, es va celebrar, a la sala d\u2019actes de La Uni\u00f3 Catalana d\u2019Hospitals, la quarta Sessi\u00f3 T\u00e8cnica en Innovaci\u00f3, \u201cCompartim el que fem\u201d, dedicada als treballadors socials.<\/p>\n

L’objectiu d\u2019aquesta sessi\u00f3 era poder compartir novament experi\u00e8ncies en innovaci\u00f3 que es duen a terme des de les unitats de Treball Social en les entitats dels diferents sectors.<\/p>\n

En aquesta sessi\u00f3, es van presentar 10 experi\u00e8ncies innovadores que es duen a terme des dels \u00e0mbits d’atenci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria o social; canvis que introdueixen una major efic\u00e0cia en all\u00f2 que fem, i en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia s\u00f3n importants per a tota l’organitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

L\u2019acta d\u2019inauguraci\u00f3 va estar a c\u00e0rrec de Joan Maria Ferrer, director d\u2019assessorament, consultoria i serveis a l\u2019associat i Montserrat Pareja, Secretaria T\u00e8cnica d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 a la Depend\u00e8ncia de La Uni\u00f3.<\/p>\n

En nom de l\u2019equip de treball social de la Fundaci\u00f3 Orienta, Trinidad S\u00e1nchez i Sonia Mosquera, treballadores socials del CSMIJ de Castelldefels i de Sant Boi, van presentar el projecte \u201cProcediment d’atenci\u00f3 i tractament a nens i adolescents que presenten situaci\u00f3 de risc i les seves fam\u00edlies en els Centres de Salut Mental Infantil i Juvenil\u201d<\/p>\n
