L\u2019estr\u00e8s, la inquietud davant del contagi (i de contagiar en l\u2019entorn proper), la conviv\u00e8ncia amb situacions de mort i dol, la soledat, la reducci\u00f3 de les interaccions socials&#8230; s\u00f3n alguns dels m\u00faltiples aspectes que han condu\u00eft a situacions de malestar emocional entre la poblaci\u00f3 infantil i juvenil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que l\u2019\u00c0rea d\u2019Innovaci\u00f3 i Cultura juntament amb la Fundaci\u00f3 Orienta ha posat en marxa una oferta d\u2019Espais de debat per abordar amb les fam\u00edlies la salut mental d\u2019infants i joves amb professionals d\u2019aquest \u00e0mbit. L\u2019oferta es divideix en dos blocs, en funci\u00f3 de les edats:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">De 6 a 12 anys: \u201cCom posar l\u00edmits als nostres fills\/filles\u201d, \u201cLes funcions educatives de les fam\u00edlies\u201d, \u201cAlimentaci\u00f3 saludable\u201d, \u201cIntel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional\u201d i \u201cGesti\u00f3 d\u2019emocions\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">De 10 a 18 anys: \u201cCom gestionar l\u2019\u00fas del m\u00f2bil i les noves tecnologies\u201d, \u201cSignes d\u2019alarma d\u2019autolesions en adolescents\u201d, \u201cAprendre a comunicar-se amb l\u2019adolescent\u201d, \u201cTaller d\u2019habilitats parentals: com conduir el comportament de l\u2019adolescent\u201d, \u201cPrevenci\u00f3 de trastorns de conducta aliment\u00e0ria (TCA)\u201d i \u201cCom refor\u00e7ar l\u2019autoestima dels adolescents\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-h.cat\/educacio\/1245523_1.aspx?id=1\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">M\u00c9S INFORMACI\u00d3<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durant l\u2019any 2022 la Fundaci\u00f3 Orienta realitzar\u00e0 tallers informatius de diferents aspectes de la salut mental a la poblaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Hospitalet de Llobregat.
