Posem en context aquesta problem\u00e0tica parlant de deu alumni UAB que treballen en temes vinculats a la salut mental, coneixerem els seus projectes, investigacions o iniciatives emprenedores, que contribueixen a lluitar contra l\u2019estigmatitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes malalties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Segons el projecte PSY-COVID, un estudi internacional d\u2019un equip de 180 investigadors, liderat per la UAB, un 40% de la poblaci\u00f3 catalana ha tingut s\u00edmptomes vinculats a la depressi\u00f3, un 38% de l\u2019ansietat i un 28,7% mostraven somatitzaci\u00f3 (altres s\u00edmptomes associats amb l\u2019estr\u00e8s, mal de cap, problemes gastrointestinals\u2026). Amb un factor de risc molt associat a l\u2019edat i el g\u00e8nere, ja que els joves i les dones han sigut la poblaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s afectada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Una de les conclusions del projecte \u00e9s que la gent jove s\u00f3n un dels grups de poblaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s afectats per la Covid-19 en termes de salut mental. <strong>Teresa Ribalta<\/strong>, psic\u00f2loga interna resident UAB \u201998, \u00e9s la directora General de la Fundaci\u00f3 Orienta, instituci\u00f3 monogr\u00e0fica publica especialitzada en l\u2019atenci\u00f3 integral a la salut mental de nens, adolescents i fam\u00edlies de Catalunya.
