Cap els 2 anys de vida els nens saben pronunciar poques paraules, potser nom\u00e9s 3 o 4: papa, mama, tata, per\u00f2 ja n\u2019entenen moltes i s\u00f3n capa\u00e7os d\u2019entendre i executar ordres senzilles donades amb paraules (tanca la porta, donem el got, digues ad\u00e9u,&#8230;).<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En aquesta edat els nens tenen una gran capacitat per relacionar el que se\u2019ls diu amb paraules amb els gestos que fa el que li parla, les expressions de la seva cara, la gesticulaci\u00f3 de les mans i els moviments del cos que acompanyen a les paraules, \u00e9s a dir, amb tot el llenguatge corporal o no verbal. Tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n capa\u00e7os de captar cada cop millor la manera com se\u2019ls diuen les coses, el to i la intensitat utilitzats, els ritmes i les intencions que hi ha al darrera de tot missatge amb paraules.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per tant, per adquirir un parla adequada a l\u2019edat cal que el nen tingui una intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia suficient per desxifrar i processar tots aquests missatges i, alhora, cal que tingui una audici\u00f3 adequada per sentir correctament el missatges dits amb paraules. Per aix\u00f2 les 2 primeres coses a descartar si un nen es retarda en la comprensi\u00f3 del que li diuen i en el seu parlar \u00e9s:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.- Que tingui una intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia correcte, \u00e9s a dir, que no hi hagi un retard mental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.- Que tingui una audici\u00f3 correcta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A l\u2019any i mig el nen ha de saber dir papa al seu papa i mama a la seva mama, ha de comprendre algunes ordres senzilles (tanca la porta, d\u00f3na\u2019m aquest got, etc.), ha de con\u00e8ixer el seu nom i entendre clarament el significat de la paraula \u201cNO\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre els 2 i 4 anys el nen va ampliant el n\u00famero de paraules que \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de dir i alhora va aprenent a combinar-les adequadament fent frases, primer de 2 paraules solament i cap els 3 a 4 anys ja fa frases de 3 a 4 paraules. Als 4 anys ja han de saber dir el seu nom i cognoms.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si el seu fill t\u00e9 dificultats de pronuncia amb alguns sons com la \u201cR\u201d, la \u201cS\u201d, o t\u00e9 quequeig i t\u00e9 4 o m\u00e9s anys ja es pot fer tractament de logop\u00e8dia per ajudar a solucionar-ho. Mentrestant i al mateix temps que fa el tractament de logop\u00e8dia \u00e9s important que els pares parlin clar i de manera comprensible al seu fill, l\u2019escoltin i li dediquin el temps suficient.
