L\u2019acte, introdu\u00eft per la Sra. Cristina Sant\u00f3n,<em> Regidora de Sanitat, <\/em>va comen\u00e7ar amb una confer\u00e8ncia inaugural del Dr. Mench\u00f3n<em>, Cap del Servei de Psiquiatria de l\u2019HUB i Cap del grup de Recerca en Psiquiatria i salut mental de l\u2019IDIBELL<\/em>, sobre <strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Recerca cl\u00ednica en salut mental. Aven\u00e7os i nous reptes.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Va explicar algunes l\u00ednies d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 del seu servei com la relacionada amb l\u2019efectivitat dels f\u00e0rmacs segons la constituci\u00f3 gen\u00e8tica dels pacients. El p\u00fablic va poder preguntar dubtes i curiositats al respecte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La segona meitat de l\u2019acte es va centrar a tractar el tema del suport familiar ja que, especialment en pacients adults, la fam\u00edlia sent que queda normalment relegada a un segon pla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquesta segona part va girar al voltant de tres taules rodones. La primera taula va fer un rep\u00e0s dels moments en que \u00e9s important l\u2019acompanyament de la fam\u00edlia. Es van assenyalar diferents moments significatius. Montse Balcells, <em>Coordinadora CSMIJ de l\u2019Hospitalet (Fundaci\u00f3 Orienta)<\/em> i la Kati Ayala<em>, Coordinadora USM<\/em>, van anar identificant aquests moments cr\u00edtics que abarquen des de l\u2019assumir el diagn\u00f2stic, fins a l\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3 especial, l\u2019adhesi\u00f3 als tractaments, la gesti\u00f3 de les crisis, les resist\u00e8ncies als ingressos, l\u2019adolesc\u00e8ncia, les relacions socials i afectives, l\u2019acc\u00e9s al m\u00f3n laboral, l\u2019assumpci\u00f3 de la paternitat\/maternitat,&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A la taula tamb\u00e9 hi va participar la mare d\u2019un adolescent com a persona experta, que va exposar la seva experi\u00e8ncia personal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La taula seg\u00fcent va anar dirigida pel Jordi Gonz\u00e1lez, <em>Coordinador d\u2019infermeria CSMA i<\/em> la Vanessa Maeso, <em>Coordinadora del club social El Roure,<\/em> van plantejar el paper de la fam\u00edlia en els nous models d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 terap\u00e8utica, avui en dia molt m\u00e9s centrats en la persona, la fam\u00edlia i la comunitat i no tant en les institucions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalment la darrera taula va ser condu\u00efda per la Sra.
